High-purity research peptides for sale, with a COA on every lot

Every vial is assayed by HPLC and confirmed by mass spectrometry, and every vial carries a QR code that resolves to the certificate for that exact batch - not a sample document reused across the catalogue.

What “≥99% pure” doesn’t tell you

Purity is one line on a certificate, and on its own it answers less than most buyers assume. Here is what the numbers mean, which ones we publish today, and which ones you should be asking every supplier about - including us.

Purity - HPLC

What percentage of the material is the peptide you ordered. This is the number almost every vendor quotes. Ours is available per lot on request while the public library is being populated.

On request per lot

Identity - mass spectrometry

Confirms the molecular weight of the main peak matches the structure claimed. Purity and identity are separate questions: material can be 99% pure and still be the wrong compound.

Net peptide content

A lyophilised vial also contains salts and residual water. Net content tells you how much of the labelled mass is actually peptide - the figure that determines real concentration.

Ask your supplier

Endotoxin and sterility

Bacterial residue survives sterilisation and does not show up in a purity assay. Ask any supplier whether their COA covers it.

Heavy metals

Trace lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium can be introduced during synthesis. Detected by ICP-MS, not by HPLC.

Batch-to-batch consistency

One good certificate proves one good batch. Consistency is only visible when every lot is documented and comparable. Our public library is being populated batch by batch.

Research peptides for sale, documented lot by lot

Cytera supplies high-purity research peptides to laboratories and independent researchers across the United States. Every compound in the catalogue is assayed by reversed-phase HPLC and confirmed by mass spectrometry before release, and the certificate for each lot is published rather than summarised. If you are deciding where to buy peptides, the useful question is not who claims the highest number - it is who will show you the document behind it. Ours are in the COA library, readable without an account.

From metabolic research to cosmetic peptides

The catalogue spans ten research areas: incretin and mitochondrial compounds for metabolic work, repair and recovery peptides, growth hormone secretagogues, copper and signal peptides for cosmetic research, nootropics, longevity bioregulators, and multi-peptide blends co-lyophilised in a single vial. Bacteriostatic water and reconstitution supplies are stocked alongside, and our free calculator handles the concentration arithmetic so nothing has to be worked out on paper.

For laboratory research use only. Nothing sold on this site is a drug, food, supplement, cosmetic or medical device, and nothing here is approved for human or veterinary consumption. Purchase is restricted to qualified researchers and institutions.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Are research peptides legal to buy?

In the United States, peptides sold and purchased strictly as laboratory research materials are legal to supply. They are not approved drugs, supplements or medical devices, and they may not be marketed or used for human or veterinary administration. Our full explanation is in the guide on peptide legality.

Can I see a certificate of analysis before I order?

Yes. The COA library is public and searchable by lot, and no account is needed to read it. Every vial also carries a QR code that resolves to the certificate for its own batch rather than a generic sample.

How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilised powder is stable at −20 °C protected from light. Once reconstituted, material is far less stable and should be refrigerated at 2–8 °C and used within the window stated on its certificate. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

How much bacteriostatic water do I add?

It depends on the concentration you want - the same vial can produce very different mg/ml figures. Our free calculator works out concentration, draw volume and syringe units for any combination.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders placed before 2pm ET dispatch the same business day from within the United States. Lyophilised powder is stable in transit at ambient temperature.

Is any of this approved for human use?

No. Everything in this catalogue is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Nothing here is approved for human or veterinary consumption, diagnostic or therapeutic use, and we do not provide dosing guidance of any kind.
