Growth Hormone
Growth hormone secretagogues and releasing peptides. This is the category behind most searches for best peptides for muscle growth, though the compounds here act on the pituitary axis rather than on muscle tissue directly.
Two mechanisms, often studied together
GHRH analogues — sermorelin, tesamorelin, CJC-1295 — mimic growth hormone releasing hormone. Ghrelin-receptor secretagogues — ipamorelin, hexarelin — work through a separate pathway. Because the mechanisms are complementary, the two are commonly paired, which is why CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin is stocked as a single co-lyophilised vial.
Related compounds
IGF-1 LR3 is a modified insulin-like growth factor with extended half-life. PEG-MGF is a PEGylated mechano growth factor variant. Follistatin and ACE-031 act on myostatin signalling — a different axis again.
Handling
Most compounds in this category are supplied in 5–10 mg vials, where small differences in solvent volume produce large differences in concentration. Work the figures out with the calculator before drawing anything.
For laboratory research use only. Every product in this category is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Nothing here is a drug, supplement or medical device, nothing is approved for human or veterinary use, and Cytera provides no dosing guidance of any kind.
