How to Order
Ordering from Cytera is deliberately simple, with one difference from most stores: payment is confirmed manually rather than processed by card on the site. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.
Ordering in five simple steps

Browse & choose
Products are organised by research area. Every product page lists the specification for the compound and links to the certificate of analysis for its lot where one is published.

Add to cart
Pick the strength on the product page and add it to your cart. Orders over $200 ship free; below that, US shipping is a $9.95 flat rate.

Checkout
Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method. Some methods carry an automatic discount, applied to your total before you place the order.

Confirm payment
Payments are not processed automatically on the site. After you place the order, check your email (and spam folder) — we send the payment details for the method you chose. Complete the payment and reply with a screenshot as proof, and we confirm it promptly.

Dispatch & tracking
Once payment is confirmed before 2pm Eastern on a business day, your order is dispatched the same day and your tracking number is emailed to you. Typical US transit is 2–5 business days.
Questions at any point — before or after ordering — go to the contact page or the email in the footer, quoting your order number. We reply the same business day. We cannot answer dosing or administration questions; everything we sell is for laboratory research only.
