1. Agreement

These terms govern every use of this website and every order placed on it. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

2. Research use only

By ordering you certify that you are purchasing materials for laboratory research use only, and that the products will not be used for any human or veterinary purpose. That includes – without limitation – any form of consumption, injection, topical application, or incorporation into any food, drug, supplement, cosmetic or medical device. Products are not for resale to consumers for any such purpose.

We refuse and cancel orders where stated or apparent intent is inconsistent with research use. We also do not answer questions about dosing, administration, stacking or personal use – see our contact page for what we can and cannot help with.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and competent to handle laboratory materials safely in accordance with the laws and regulations that apply to you. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction.

4. No medical claims, no medical advice

Statements on this site describe published research and analytical results. They are not claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, and they have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is a substitute for advice from a licensed medical professional, and we do not provide any.

5. Product information and certificates of analysis

Analytical figures shown on product pages (purity, identity, mass) refer to assays performed on specific production lots. The certificate of analysis for a given lot is the controlling document for that lot; where a certificate is not yet published in our COA library, contact us with the lot number before relying on any figure. Specifications may vary between lots within stated limits.

6. Ordering and payment

Payments are not processed automatically on this website. After you place an order we confirm payment manually via the method you selected, and an order is not accepted until payment has been received and verified. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion – including for suspected non-research use, payment issues, or pricing errors – and will refund any amount already paid on a cancelled order.

7. Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Where a listing contains an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it at the erroneous price.

8. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping costs, dispatch times, and our returns and cancellation policy are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Responsibility for handling and use

You assume full responsibility for the receipt, storage, handling, use and disposal of every product you order. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cytera Peptides is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of the products – including any use contrary to these terms – and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the products in breach of these terms.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this site – text, product descriptions, guides, images and branding – belongs to Cytera Peptides and may not be reproduced without permission.
