Questions about a certificate, a batch, an order or wholesale pricing reach a person who can actually answer them. Replies normally go out the same business day.

Response times
Messages sent Monday to Friday before 4pm Eastern are normally answered the same business day. Anything arriving over a weekend gets picked up on Monday morning. Certificate requests are usually the fastest to turn around, because the document already exists – we just have to find the lot.
Requesting a certificate of analysis
Quote the lot number printed on the vial label. That number identifies one production batch, and it is the only way to be certain the certificate you receive describes the material you are actually holding rather than a different run of the same compound. If the label is damaged or the number is unreadable, tell us the compound, the size and roughly when you ordered and we will work backwards from the order record.
Wholesale and bulk
Use the wholesale option in the form and include the compounds and volumes you are interested in. Pricing depends on quantity and on how regular the requirement is, so a rough indication of both makes the first reply far more useful than a generic rate sheet would be.
Why we will not answer dosing questions
It is the most common message we receive and the one we always decline, so it is worth explaining rather than ignoring. Under US law a product becomes a drug based on its intended use, and intended use is established by how it is marketed. A supplier who provides quantities, frequencies or administration routes has converted a research chemical into an unapproved new drug, with the legal exposure that follows – for them, and potentially for the customer they supplied.
Any vendor willing to send you a protocol is telling you something about how carefully the rest of their operation is run. The full reasoning is in our guide to whether peptides are legal.
