| Dispatch | Orders confirmed before 2pm Eastern on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 2pm, or on weekends and federal holidays, go out the next business day. |

| Tracking | A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. |
Because payment is confirmed manually, the dispatch clock starts when your payment is verified, not when the order is placed – see How to Order. Confirming payment promptly is the single biggest thing you can do to get your order out same-day.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship at cost. If a tracking number shows delivered to the address you gave, the order is considered delivered.
Lost or stalled packages
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us at cyterapeptides@gmail.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and put it right – by replacement or refund – if the shipment is confirmed lost.
Returns
Research chemicals cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our control, so we do not accept returns for change of mind. What we do stand behind, without argument:
- Damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the lot number on the vial, and photos of the damage. We replace or refund.
- Wrong item. If what arrived does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will ship the correct item at our cost. We do not ask you to return the wrong one.
- Material that fails verification. If your own analytical testing of a lot disagrees with the certificate for that lot, contact us with the lot number and your data. We take this seriously – it is the entire basis the site is built on – and will replace or refund while we investigate.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at any point before it is dispatched, for a full refund of any amount already paid. Once a tracking number has been issued the order cannot be cancelled, and the returns policy above applies instead.
Refunds
Refunds are issued via the same method you paid with, normally within 10 business days of the refund being agreed. If that method cannot receive a refund, we will agree an alternative with you.
